About Jacob Lewkow Photography
Industrial loft with stunning concrete ceilings and a large collection of plants, ideal for small to medium sized productions for film and photography. 2 enclosed bedrooms, one full bathroom, full open kitchen, and open floor plan in the main living space. Rooftop patio offers an entirely separate location. Also an an enchanting space for private dinners, engagement/bachelorette parties and other gatherings.

Large Southwest facing unit with 7 large windows on main level and a skylight above the spiral staircase. Direct light comes in early AM and late afternoon for some gorgeous moods.

Some room noise from HVAC and appliances, but for being right on Woodward this would be considered a relatively quiet space.

We diligently disinfect all surfaces and high-touch areas, along with a standard cleaning procedure.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
