This home has almost 3000 sq. ft. of living space, a large bar room with a pool table, chalk wall, arcade games and everything you need for your trip! Large two-tiered deck attached to the home with a fire pit and patio furniture which is perfect for any season! Come and enjoy some modern features while staying near popular tourist attractions! This home is conveniently located only 20 minutes away from the National Harbor, Tanger Outlets and Washington DC. Plenty of wash cloths and towels in the house for the entire group and the kitchen comes fully stocked with kitchen equipment and cooking necessities. This home has 4 bedrooms with 2 full baths, with 6 bed sleeping options if necessary (up to 12 guests).

Amazing, versatile space. Nice ranch style home. Spacious main room and several smaller areas. Entertaining in the kitchen felt like hime. Used a separate room for dressing. Would love to have used outdoor space, but guests didn’t venture out to the fire pit.

Absolutely beautiful! The pictures really does not do this venue justice. The decor, layout, amenities, price, and the customer service made this a great experience for our Ladies Night event. The ladies can't stop talking about it. The host was responsive and was able to accommodate us for a last minute reservation. We will most certainly book again!
