Items can be brought in through the front door. Loading trucks can park in the parking lot temporarily.

The circuit breaker is located in the closet in the master bedroom. Closet closest to the bathroom, behind the frame.

We want every guest to feel relaxed and at home in this space. We kindly ask that you treat this space with the same respect that you would treat a close friend's home :) 1. Be courteous of the neighbors. 2. Smoking is not permitted inside whatsoever. 3. Please be considerate of the neighbors when playing music, especially at late hours. 4. No confetti, glitter or silly string is allowed in the unit ( It's a nightmare to remove!) 5. We love pets! Potty-trained pets are welcome! Pets have an additional $60 cleaning fee (Pets tend to require a deeper clean. In order to be fair to our housekeepers, we pay them more for the extra work they are doing). 6. Unless you have an extended stay, pls let housekeeping handle the washing of the linens. 7. If any item in the unit is permanently damaged during your stay, you will be required to pay for its replacement. Unfortunately, you will risk losing your deposit if any of the house rules are broken.
