Featured in Nashville Interiors Magazine Summer 2021 Would you describe your style as Funky? Loud? Flashy? Do we have the spot for you.... We are offering our kitschy home up for creative projects. The space features a post modern lounge complete with a retro tiki bar, as well as a classy gold parlor with mid century furniture. The home is a 1960's split level located in South Nashville (just minutes from the zoo). Comments: Charming and eclectic, this unique home has it all from bright colors to interesting artwork to a fun tiki bar and even vintage elements in the beautiful gold parlor! You can’t go wrong booking this incredible space for your next photoshoot or film project!

Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:

  • Disposable masks / face coverings
  • Hand Sanitizer
