Plenty of parking in the driveway and on the gravel to easily accommodate 15 cars.

The home has large windows looking out to the front yard and the pool. No coverings on them. It is brightest between 9-3PM.

The home is very quiet but on one of the main roads to the local wineries. During the week is the most quiet and busier on the weekends. Outside of our scheduled vendors who upkeep the property (trash day, landscaper & pool) it is relatively quiet as its uphill.

There are two circuit breakers for the main house. One out back by the pool pump which must be accessed through from the pool area. The other is in the garage behind a plastic shelf cabinet. For the bar, it is inside next to the air conditioning unit.

Furniture + Structures / Please: + Be gentle with our furniture + decor + Let us know in advance if you'd like to move items + Gently lift furniture instead of dragging it + Return all items to their original locations + Ask for written permission to alter the walls/structure (e.g., paint, screws, adhesives, etc) Overtime / Peerspace bills any overtime beyond your check-out time at 1.5x the rate, per half-hour. When booking, be sure to account for setup and teardown time to stay on schedule and within your budget. As we often have incoming guests and/or a cleaning team arriving at your check-out, it is nearly impossible to extend bookings in real-time. Other Things to Note / Smoking, vaping, glitter, confetti of any kind or substance are not permitted in the space. Security cameras and recording devices Please be aware that there are security cameras at the outside entrance of the space, throughout the building, and outside of the building. Cameras are NOT internal to the space. Additionally, this space may engage a noise and/or occupancy meter to help ensure that the noise level never goes above 50dB for our residential neighbors. Please reach out if you have any questions about your noise needs, etc.

All can be removed or moved around as long as placed back with care. This can be discussed ahead of time.
