What you get? Cleaned and disinfected space, 950 Sq Ft 2 Bathrooms: Men/Women or Unisex if needed Recess & Led lighting (color changing) ION Total Max PA audio speaker w/ microphone. Street parking accessible!! All bookings include access to three standard 6" foot tables and 11 folding chairs. Party is responsible for set up of tables and chairs and break down. If addition chair/tables are needed we can refer a 3rd party upon request. Please request in advance to be prepped and provided in time of event. Contact us for any further details.

Cleaning Checklist: 1. Light cleaning & sweeping after the event is highly encouraged to be sure to any heavy trash/debris is removed from the space. If needed, trash bags may be placed next to the red dumpster outside the building wall. Please DO NOT mop the floors, it may damage the planking. Deep cleaning will be arranged by host. 2. Please wipe used surfaces and remove any debris. 3. Please replace any furniture or items that are moved it must be returned to its original place.
