Our locations all feature catered locations, fully equipped with top-notch technology solutions, outstanding service and homelike feel. As we know big ideas need a lot of talks, we offer you an event space for up to 40 people, perfect for conferences, networking events, company meetings, workshops and many more. Additionally, you can hire our beautifully designed business lounge for networking sessions and tasty coffee breaks (additional charge applies).

General Rules
Don’t smoke or vape inside any part of the building.
Don’t ride on skates, skateboards, bikes or any other vehicles in any part of the building.
Don’t leave dirty crockery and rubbish around, use the bins and dishwashers provided.
Don’t damage flowers and/or green area, they can’t protect themselves.
Don’t tamper with any security or fire protection system or do anything that could endanger people and/or our property.
Don’t perform any building operations (unless confirmed by Operations Manager).
Don’t undertake any noisy or dusty operations (unless confirmed by Operations Manager).
Don’t use our internet network for any illegal activities (yes, downloading movies counts!).

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Cleaning
During the lockdown period HubHub has continued with our daily cleaning regime to minimise the risk to all our members.
All communal areas have been deep cleaned and our cleaners have been asked to wear gloves and face masks at all times and to regularly wash their hands for at least 20 seconds.
Hand sanitizer can be found on reception and in each kitchen across all 4 floors.
We have swapped our surface cleaners for Government recommended powerful V1 virucidal sanitizer.
The cleaning frequency of touch points such as door handles, handrails, switches, buttons and main kitchen surfaces has been increased.
There will be additional cleaning in high-traffic areas such as kitchens.
We will continue to clean all private offices daily, after hours.
Measures have been put in place to be able to increase the number of cleaning hours if needed on a last-minute request.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable gloves
- Disposable masks / face coverings
- Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:
- Space has HEPA-certified air filters
- Space has been reconfigured to allow for physical distance
The space has informational signage including:

- Narrow passages have arrows for bi-directional traffic
