We have two separate spaces (connected by a large double door). Our larger event space is 3,000 sf and is best for 50 people or more. Our smaller studio space is 1500 sf and is great for events with less than 50 people - bridal showers, baby showers, birthday parties, etc. Inside, you will find huge windows, 12 foot ceilings, exposed brick, wood floors, lots of plants, a variety of furniture and props, a hair and makeup bar, a lounge, and a dressing room. There is also a rooftop with a beautiful view of downtown and the Dayton Dragons stadium available for wedding ceremonies.

The space is cleaned thoroughly between photoshoots and events.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
