About the Space

A 2,000 square foot natural light photography studio and event space rentable by the hour, half day, or full day. Inside, you will find huge South facing windows, 12 foot ceilings, exposed brick, wood floors, lots of plants, a variety of furniture and props, a hair and makeup bar, a lounge, and a dressing room. There is also a rooftop with a beautiful view of downtown and the Dayton Dragons stadium. Located on the ground floor of the Firefly Building in Downtown Dayton, each of our photography studios is designed with a unique look and styled for different types of shoots and projects.

Studio Rules: No smoking or vaping in the building or within 20 feet of any entrance. Music must stay at a respectable volume. No pets are allowed in the studio. Nothing is allowed to be hung on or attached to the walls in any way. The walls on wheels are not to be moved. No fireworks (including sparklers), smoke bombs, candles, or glitter. No filming or photography is allowed in the common area of the building including hallways, the front lobby area, staircases, etc. Rooftop Rules: Access to the rooftop is included in your studio rental during your scheduled time. Your access is not exclusive - there may be other photographers or people on the rooftop. If you've booked a studio, your access is for photography or videography ONLY - any other use must be booked as an event. NO HIGH SCHOOL SENIOR photography or videography is allowed on the rooftop (in studio is fine). Rooftop senior sessions are reserved for our in house photographer. This policy will be strictly enforced. Thank you for understanding! No fireworks (including sparklers) or smoke bombs. No nudity. No sitting, leaning, standing, etc. on the side walls/railings. No alcohol without prior approval.
