**ANNOUNCEMENT** Exciting news! Over the next few weeks, we’ll be adding a few new items to the studio, which means the layout may change from what’s shown in the photos. If you’ve already booked, don’t worry—we’ll reach out to you before we update the photos. Future bookings have been put on hold until we can get updated photos of the studio. Also, with these new additions, we’ll be making the studio strictly 18+ and enforcing a "you break it, you buy it" policy. **TWO - HOUR MINIMUM** Important: If you're working with a photographer or videographer, please have them make the reservation for you to use the space. Our 1920s brick loft boudoir studio features stunning natural light, exposed brick, white walls, and original hardwood floors. The space is designed with boudoir photography in mind, and it is currently for adult use only. Anyone under 18 is not permitted unless approved in advance. We offer four dedicated sets: a queen bed, green velvet couch, wicker egg chair, clawfoot tub, a separate room for HMAU, a private dressing area, and a bathroom. Add-Ons: Please reserve any add-ons when booking. We cannot guarantee availability for last-minute requests. Lighting: The studio gets beautiful natural light throughout the day, with the brightest times in the morning. We have black-out curtains for a moodier vibe if you prefer a darker look. Whether you’re going for a bright, airy feel or something darker and moody, this space can do it all. Reschedules: Please note that last-minute reschedules may incur a rescheduling fee.
