A $750 security deposit will be requested from your group 3-7 days prior to check-in similar to a credit card hold you see when checking in for a hotel. Our intention is to always fully refund 100% of the security deposit within 48 hours after check-out if there is no damage to the property or any of its furnishing, and if no violations of the house rules have occurred. - Scottsdale has passed regulations that will fine homeowners or guests a minimum of $750 for any offenses or noise complaints due to a nuisance party. This $750 fine will be deducted from your security deposit if Scottsdale police is called to the home for any noise complaints or issues during your stay. Please do NOT play amplified or loud music outdoors. Unfortunately with the new regulations, we are at the mercy of our neighbors. Please be respectful and communicate this no music speakers outdoor policy with your group. - Failure to follow any of the other house rules listed will result in an additional penalty charge of $750 from your security deposit and you may be subject to more fines if additional damages are incurred to the property and its furnishings. - No parties or events! Please respect that this is a residential neighborhood with families and elderly residents. If we receive more than one noise complaint, your reservation will be immediately cancelled and your reservation's charges will not be refunded. You will be contacted immediately if we do receive any noise complaints from our neighbors. - Must be 25 or older to book the property - No unregistered guests on property. - No smoking (i.e., cigarettes, marijuana, vaping) indoors or outdoors - Please take your shoes off once you're inside the property - No pets - Please do your dishes and take out your trash and recycling. Do not leave excessive trash in the house or in the backyard. Trash can be taken out to the big ROUND black trash can in the alleyway behind the house. Recycling can be placed in the pink bin on the side of the house next to the driveway. - There is no guarantee for early or late check out but if it is able to be accommodated there will be at $200 fee since we will have to hire an extra cleaner to clean the property in time for the next check-in. If you do not check out by 10:00AM, $200 will be deducted from your security deposit for the late check-out. - The pool is not fenced, which presents life threatening dangers to both adults and children. Guests should not allow children to be anywhere near the pool without close supervision. -The in-ground Spa / Hot-tub is to be USED AT YOUR OWN RISK and is for guests 25 and over only. You are not allowed to use the hot tub for more than 20 minutes at a time or if you have consumed alcohol or have any conditions that may increase your risk of an acute or chronic medical problem. INDEMNIFICATION - Hosts shall not be liable for any damage or injury of or to the Guest, Guest's family, Guest's registered or unregistered guests, invitees, agents or employees or to any person entering the Le Solei property and pool area, and Guest hereby agrees to indemnify, defend and hold Hosts harmless from any and all claims or assertions of every kind and nature.
