Colorful, eclectic/mid-century home with contemporary minimalist style and a fun modern vibe, this 3-BR house is perfect for photo/film shoots and content creation. Some special features of this house are: ~ Stunning open kitchen with full sized modern appliances and under cabinet lighting; excellent for producing cooking-related content ~ Three outside spaces (expansive front porch, deck off primary bedroom, and deck off the kitchen) ~ 3 bedrooms (Primary bedroom - King, 2nd Bedroom - Queen & futon, Third Bedroom Trundle, family room - full pullout). ~ 2.5 Bathrooms (1 en suite- full with tub with a LED vanity mirror, 1 full with shower, 1/2 bath first floor). ~ 3 TVs: Family room 70", Master and second bedroom 42" ~ 940/880 Mbps Wifi Speeds. ~ Super cool electric fireplace

- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.

This was an amazing space to use for our photo and video shoot. It was comfortable, clean, and looks wonderful! The street parking was easy and there's a great coffee shop nearby for breakfast and lunch.

Tonya's space was exactly what we needed for our video and photo shoot. She was very accommodating with any requests we had and her customer service was wonderful. The space was clean and the decor was modern. I highly recommend her space for these types of productions.
