About the Space
This is a great space for a photo shoot or a small video production. Great natural window light throughout. Direct sunlight hits almost every single window throughout the day. The home is artfully decorated in a boho-scandi style. Real house plants are nestled in every room throughout. History of the space Within Culver City's Neighborhood details MAYA house is surrounded by an eclectic mix of parks, restaurants, and shops. Surrounded by grocery stores for crafty, and lunch spots all over. Logistics There are 2 modest bedrooms, an office, an 'inspiration room' for reading meditating etc. There is a dining room for 6 a full galley kitchen and large living room. You will have the entire house. Owner will be onsite as a site rep. There is plenty of room for lunch inside and outside on the private back patio. The home is easily accessible from almost anywhere in LA via the 10 freeway, Expo line train, and Metro buses. Ample parking throughout the neighborhood and nearby lots that are all walking distance to the home.

- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
