From dreamy city views to romantic evening lighting under the stars, our indoor / outdoor rooftop gives you a unique venue for your big day. This reservation includes: ▪️ Prep kitchen with a large island, ice maker, refrigerator, dishwasher, (2) microwaves, dishware and dishes for up to 75 place settings with outside caterers welcomed. ▪️ Fully furnished rooftop deck with Norfolk city views, evening lighting, umbrellas, and speakers for your curated playlist. ▪️ Fully furnished event space with furniture for auditorium or banquet seating (100 black chairs and 10 (5ft) round white tables), 8 black cocktail tables, podium, TV, 8 mics (4 handhelds + 4 lapels), conferencing cameras for virtual attendees, and whole room audio for curated playlists and video. ▪️ This space can also be combined with the rooftop deck via a large, folding-glass door to create an indoor-outdoor event. ▪️ Can accommodate up to 200 people for a cocktail-style event. ▪️ Live music welcome. ▪️ Wifi access. Parking passes in our private lot are included with the reservation based on the day of the week: two passes (Mon - Fri evening events) and three passes (Sat - Sun). *Your rental time request should include setup, cleanup, and the event. **A fee of $135 per 5 hours will be required for events with 100 people or more to cover additional security required. ***Event reservations can go until 12 AM.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
