This event space, home of Uncle Tim’s Cocktails, includes two private, sophisticated cocktail lounges, a deluxe conference/dining room and our large warehouse-turned event venue, all available to rent independently. Just minutes from all the best hidden gems in Colorado, our warehouse space located in Ruby Hill is a convenient 15 minutes away from the heart of downtown Denver. Unlike our competitors, our venue has a multitude of parking spaces available, as well as street parking for overflow. We are proud to offer cocktail service, including bartending services, in addition to a standard venue rental. Additionally, our venue has the capacity to accommodate catering services, which we would be happy to organize. From light appetizers to a four-course meal, we can make any private or corporate event feel more intimate than a candlelight date night.

Health and Safety Measures
In accordance with guidelines from the World Health Organization, we thoroughly disinfect our rooms before and after every event hosted in our space. Our space is extremely well ventilated and has heat and AC available.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 90 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
