Prime location, just minutes from the A/C line. Also located near tons of restaurants, bars, boutiques, and more. This space is perfect for small celebrations, movie screenings (bring your own projector), photoshoots, filming, small group meditation and yoga sessions, game nights, DIY/art classes, date nights, etc. Access is ONLY to the terrace and bathroom just inside. The building and space are wheelchair accessible. Things that are currently on the terrace: - Seating for 6 - 7 people (two chairs w/ backs, 2 stools, 1 swing that fits 2 - 3) - Two tables (one stainless steel prep table and a small conversation/dining table) - Small charcoal grill - String lights (as shown) - Small glass side table - 1 outdoor plug w/ extension cord - 1 outdoor light - Outdoor rug - Fire pit (must bring your own firewood) + fire extinguisher (just in case) - 1 small outdoor green space for dogs Note: Any and all items that are currently in the space can be removed by request at least 24 hours in advance. You may also bring items, but please ask. Decorations can also be provided for an additional fee if requested at least 48 hours ahead of time.
