The studio has high ceilings and a paper backdrop rack. It also has a bathroom. The space is pretty quiet but not soundproof. Occasionally traffic can be heard quietly in the background. The HVAC system can be loud but it can be easily controlled and turned off when recording is taking place. The Roof is flat and when it rains it can be loud, depending on the amount of rain.
