Looking for a fun, lush, tropical-infused space that has many looks/areas for your next photoshoot, film, music video or commercial? Look no further than Laurel Lagoon. Our spacious tropical venue boasts a Tiki bar, long sparkly heated pool, hot tub, grill, and plenty of space for gear, including secure overnight staging areas. Inside, you'll find a bedroom/flex space leading out beautiful French doors down wooden steps into the verdant back yard, replete with hard wood floors. Down an extra long hallway - affording some great shots whether video or photo - you'll find the bathroom. With the option to dress all the interior however you like, it can be customized to fit your needs. The pool house with bed is available for use, also with French doors. It is often used a bedroom, production office or green room. Inside a monitor for potential use for video village/DIT. Come see for yourself why this is the perfect space for all your needs. We've hosted everything from photoshoots to major artist music videos to feature films to commercials. This location is run by filmmakers and we strive to make it the most flexible and accommodating location for all your production needs. Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
