People gasp when they walk into this space (in a good way). It's minimal but warm and welcoming. Huge, spanking-new SOUTH-FACING windows look out onto evergreen treetops, not neighbors. The large, bright space has an open living room/dining area/kitchen with long sight lines to give you tons of shooting options. The living room has a 12-ft tall wood ceiling and woodburning fireplace. It flows into the dining area, kitchen, and back deck. The entire space is light and airy, even on gloomy days. And who has two living rooms? We do. The second living room can be used to shoot, hide clients or store equipment. The master bedroom and brand-new master bath can be used for shooting. Two additional full bathrooms, both new, can be used for wardrobe, hair and makeup. (Go where you want, the house is all yours on shoot day.) Three outdoor decks–one with a hot tub–are also available for shooting or lounging. It's a lovely, sun-filled home that photographs beautifully–read our reviews to get unbiased opinions! Please note: This house has no air conditioning. If it's going to be really hot (above 80 degrees) when you plan to shoot, we suggest not booking here; it will be uncomfortably warm.
