Organic Modern Vibe

-Welcome to our warm, modern, minimal home. -A large, sunny (sometimes) open space living/dining/kitchen has long sight lines for lots of shooting angle options. -Floor-to-ceiling SOUTH-FACING windows look out onto evergreen treetops, not neighbors. -Natural, woodsy/Scandi decor and real plants enhance the mood of this calm, organic-feeling environment. -Spectacular 12-ft tall cedar ceiling and wood-burning fireplace. -We have a second living room that can be used for shooting, or as a comfortable green room for talent or clients. -The main bedroom and adjoining deck, and a brand-new main bath, are available for shooting or hair/makeup. (Main bedroom is shown with two choices of bedding.) -Two additional full bathrooms, both new, as well as a guest room, are also available (not shown). -We have extra throw pillows and blankets, vases, etc, in various colors. -Three outdoor decks, one with a hot tub. Notes: This is a bright, calm home that photographs beautifully and makes a lovely but non-distracting backdrop for product and people photography. Feel free to move furniture or decor to suit your needs–if you need something, just ask. I'm a former creative director at various large NYC ad agencies; I spent my decades-long career doing TV and photo shoots so I'm very relaxed (and very accommodating) with video and photography crews.
