Studio Bon Soleil THIS LOCATION IS CLOSING MAY 1St BOOK WHILE YOU CAN. Located in the west end of Toronto 880 square feet 15 ft ceilings, Huge windows with East, North and West exposures. Second (top) floor, corner unit. -- Tons of natural light ---Brilliant sunrises and magical sunsets -- Sound proofed vault room with an original bank door -- Full washroom -- Heintzman Piano -- Authentic clawfoot dry tub. -- library --Queen size sleigh bed --AC Photos by OSNAP Photography The loft is updated throughout the year. The vibe remains the same, however we cannot guarantee the exact room design/furniture on the date of your booking. If you require something specific from the photos please check with us before booking. Red drapes are available Oct.-Feb unless special arrangements made prior to booking.

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

Marie was awesome as a host. Was very willing to help me everything if there was anything needed. Very friendly host. Studio was great for natural light shoot. So many different areas to shoot in this studio. To bad the studio is moving. Looking forward to shooting in her new studio when she gets moved. Highly recommend the studio and Marie. Thanks Marie.
