About the Space
11 acres of serenity nestled in the hills of Malibu. Peace and quiet at your fingertips, yet only 10 minutes from all the shopping and dining that Malibu has to offer. In 15 minutes you can be standing on a mountain top overlooking Latigo Point, or dipping your toes in the crisp Pacific Ocean.
There are two dwellings on the property - one a 950 square foot, 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom house with a full kitchen, patio and hot tub; the other a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom "castle" (an old 1950's water cistern converted into a unique living space).
