This historic schoolroom in a 130 year old building is a a great backdrop for your next production. Can be used as an apartment style set up or cleared to look like historic school or studio. There is a vintage blackboard, school chairs and tables for use and as well as a large open fireplace. This is a one of a kind space with a very warm and welcoming atmosphere. Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
