About the Space
Our spacious backyard is perfect for small weddings, bridal showers, baby showers, birthday parties, etc! We have large yard equipped with a built in grill, outdoor private bathroom, a king dining table (16 chairs), a kids table (8 chairs), a fire pit, a fire place, a lounge area, a kids playground and playhouse, and also a massive pool! (Please note: we use swimply if you would like to rent the pool space- pool space is visible but locked for peer space rentals due to insurance). Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

This space is absolutely beautiful and Julie was an amazing, accommodating, and flexible host. This space made a beautiful backdrop for our elopement party and I would totally recommend this space.

Julie and her husband were exceptional hosts, and their backyard space was lovely! I had my baby shower there and my guests would not stop talking about how perfect the space was, and what event they would potentially want to use the space for. There was more than enough seating for my 30+ guests without having to rent or bring chairs, the full kitchen gave us the ability to serve our food hot on site, they agreed to open the property up for us 15 minutes early for a walk through, and they even saved the day when we realized we forgot our speaker by allowing us to use their Alexa. The pictures honestly don’t do it justice… would definitely book again!
