About the Space
Our space doubles as a bed and breakfast, which will not be occupied during any Peerspace events. Event access on the first and second floors, including semi-commercial kitchen, living and dining areas with several antique furniture pieces. The second floor contains three guest rooms, each with private bath which can be used for dressing/staging. This is an iconic Victorian home built in 1909 by a prominent local builder.

Common areas are professionally cleaned semi-monthly and after each event. Guest rooms are cleaned following each checkout/event.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
