About the Space
Hi, thanks for stopping by; we're really excited to show you our space! First things first, this space is brand new and the only one of its kind within 3-4 hours of Shreveport; we just celebrated our Grand Opening in July. While Ivy and Anna meticulously designed this space with the professional creative in mind, we have discovered that this openness of the studio makes for an incredible events space. We have an assortment of furniture (chairs, desks, couches, etc), plants (live and artifical), backdrops and, other props to be mixed and matched for unlimited decorative possibilities. We have hosted everything from church functions, bingo nights, parties and even a book signing.

Our studio is located in an old grocery store. There's plenty of parking available at all times.
General Rules
Can I bring my own props and lighting?
Of course! We have some props and lighting here that you are more than welcome to use, rearrange, etc. but we are always happy to have you bring your own equipment and/or props!
What happens if damage is done to one of the studio’s props, lights, property, etc?
Don’t panic! Just talk with us and let us know what happened. If damage is your fault, all we ask is that you replace what you damaged. If we need to work with you on a payment plan for replacing said items or property damage, we are more than happy to do so! Damage doesn’t happen often so this is normally not something we ever have to worry about but if it does happen on your watch, just breathe, friends, and let us know as soon as possible :) Failure to do so will result in the fee for replacing the damaged property being charged to your card on file.
What are my responsibilities when renting the space?
All we ask is that you are respectful of the property & it’s contents and that you replace everything the way you found it so that the next person can use and enjoy the space the way you were able to enjoy and use it. :) Failure to do so will result in a $50 cleaning being applied to the card on file.
For your safety:
We do have security cameras on site in the studio. These are to remain where they are for the safety of you, your client, our clients, and the owner.

The building owner has a camera system that covers the exterior of the property. We also have a security camera at the very front of the space; please be sure not to obstruct it's view of the front door.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
