This space is on the Arkansas River with beautiful views! You will have full furnished 2267 sq ft apartment access ( 2 bedroom 2 bath) and shared pool, gym, theater room and yacht club access. It is less than 3 minutes drive time to Downtown Little Rock’s Rivermarket. Available for long or short term use. This is a top floor space and there are two flights of stairs. The pool is resort style and would be great for photography and video or movie shoots.

Cleaning between events is always done to prevent any exposure to viruses and bacteria.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
