If you’re searching for a base to enjoy everything Aptos has to offer, look no further than 2000 McGregor Dr. With three thoughtfully designed office suites inside a landmark building, you’ll be well-situated to experience the best of Central California. “Where the trees meet the sea…” The property is located off Hwy 1 between New Brighton Beach and Seacliff Beach. The walk to be beach through the 66 Acer State Park connected to the property takes about 10 to 15 minutes. (See map on listing) The trail down to the water is steep in a few spots. So if your not a hiker, it might be better to take the railroad tracks south towards the main Seacliff Beach entrance at State Park Drive about 15 minutes walk. What a great space for work, play and stay! Comfortable & private . Walk to New Brighton Beach, Capitola or Sea Cliff Beach. Bike & Hike in Nisene Marks. Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
