About Yellow House Events
This office is located in the historic Toronto Distillery District. It is in the oldest building - the Stone Building - with exposed brick interior walls and massive limestone exterior walls. It has both enclosed boardroom with AV equipment and two open concept meeting spaces. It has hosted off site meetings, tv shoots, fashion shoots and small gatherings.

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer
- Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
- Space has access to outdoor air ventilation

We rented this loft space for a full-day team meeting with 15 people, and it was absolutely perfect! The space was incredibly versatile and comfortable, making it easy for us to collaborate, break out into smaller discussions, and stay productive throughout the day. It had everything we needed, and the atmosphere was both professional and inviting. Our host was fantastic—super responsive, helpful, and a pleasure to work with from start to finish. This space was perfect for an 3 day offsite for our 10 member team. So great to have different places to break up into and the distillery is such a fun area to show to out of towners! Paul was such a lovely host!

This loft is a stunning space! Perfect for team meetings/team building activities! The tech hook up was so easy - the host provided all needed cords and included a webcam which was an amazing surprise as we forgot ours! Thank you so much Paul for allowing us to use your amazing space!
