Here you will find large airy spaces perfect for cooking, entertaining, listening to records and enjoying outdoor life on the patio. There are also several play areas for children, including a large playroom downstairs and a cozy family room with a fireplace and a 75” TV.

- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

It was a pleasure from start to finish to book this location with Jenna. We were shooting two days of interviews, and needed to have a particular look. Jenna’s home was perfect. She was incredibly helpful in answering my many questions, since I couldn’t scout the location ahead of time. The 2 days of our shoot at the house went extremely smoothly, and the house was lovely. This space was perfect for us! We were having a retirement gathering for my graduate school advisor, and found the space just right for our ~25 people. There were several kids, and they enjoyed playing hide and seek in the basement and main part of the house. The layout of the house was really nice, with lots of areas for folks to chat, and gather as a group outside and in the living room. The home is really charming and has beautiful touches outside and inside. Jenna was extremely communicative and accommodating, even giving a zoom tour of their home ahead of time and storing a delivery for us. We highly recommend this space!
