Nestled in the vibrant heart of Soho, our expansive NYC Soho Loft offers a 2,800 sq ft of light-filled, and flexible industrial-modern space that caters to the needs of artists, creatives, and professionals. The loft's unique design features furniture mounted on wheels, allowing for effortless rearrangement to suit a variety of events, shoots, and meetings. With 12 ft ceilings and an abundance of windows, the loft is bathed in natural light and provides a picturesque Soho view. The decor strikes a balance between bohemian and industrial-modern, adorned with art that adds character to the space. A dedicated area is available for hair and makeup preparations, with optimal lighting conditions. The loft includes a full chef's kitchen, and a full bathroom with two sinks and a separate sauna. We have a Sonos sound system and a large smart tv. Dimmable mood lighting throughout the space. It is a walk-up located on the 5th floor of a historic Soho building. The freight elevator can be reserved ahead of time (by appointment only) from 9am-3pm, Monday to Friday, for a small extra fee. Our team is also available to carry equipment up and down. Accommodations for formal dinners include two large 8ft tables and 20 chairs, seating up to 20 people, with the option to rent additional tables and chairs at a reasonable cost. Please inquire about renting plates/glasses/flatware/tableclothes/etc. Our loft is an ideal venue for photo and video shoots, fashion editorials, interviews, movie productions, lifestyle and product photography, baby showers, fittings, dinner parties, wine tastings, fashion showrooms, and more. As your host, I bring over 20 years of professional photography and production experience, eager to assist in bringing your production, shoot, or event to life.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
