Palm trees, a beautiful pool, tropical landscaping, and a lush garden to create a picturesque scene for any brand or product. Our interiors are influenced by wabi-sabi and a bohemian eclectic California look. This home has wonderful natural light throughout the day. Around 4pm, there are beautiful light shadows throughout the home. Indoor: Kitchen / Dining: Open kitchen and dining space, with tons of light. The large kitchen is newly renovated and equipped with state-of-the-art appliances, perfect for any kitchen/dining scene. Living Room: Large living room space with bay windows, high ceilings, and unique art, offering bountiful natural light. Bedrooms: 3 bedrooms including one guest room, one flex space (currently used as a vanity / dressing / study room), and one master bedroom. Bathrooms: 3 bathrooms, including one powder room downstairs with a shower, one bathroom upstairs with a shower, and a master bathroom with a shower and bathtub. Outdoor: Pool: Beautiful and large pool with vintage stone exterior. Dining deck: Dining deck that is perfect for any meal setting scene. Upper Landscape: Upper landscape that is overloaded with flowers and greenery. Perfect for a hiking or nature setting.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
We are taking extra sanitary precautions to ensure all of our guests can relax and enjoy their bookings. CDC approved cleaning agents are used before and after every booking including wiping all surfaces, handles, doorknobs, as well as opening all windows to have clean air flow throughout the entire home. We also provide soap for hand washing, sanitizer, paper towels and spray. The entire home is sanitized before and after every shoot.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
