About the Space
This sanctuary is ideal for weddings, funerals, graduation ceremonies, and other large group gatherings. It seats up to 500 people in pew seating. There is a basic sound system in the space. There are TV monitors in the space, but the renter would need to bring their own laptop to connect. There are also men's and women's restrooms in the same building. We also have several other spaces for rent. If you are interested in a smaller sanctuary environment of 100 or less, please contact us about renting our chapel. Likewise, we have reception spaces available as well. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions.

Parking description
There is ample parking for 150 cars in our parking lot.
General Rules
-There is no smoking in the buildings.
-There are no food and drinks in the sanctuary, but other spaces on site can be rented for meals.
-Set up time is included in rental time.
-Renters will not move furniture in the space without permission from the host.
-This space is unavailable on Sunday mornings and other Christian holidays.
All ages are allowed in the space
Security cameras and recording devices
There are security cameras on the outside of the buildings.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Space is cleaned between uses and high touch surfaces are wiped down as needed.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
