About the Space
Outdoor living area consisting of a TV viewing area, patio with fire bit, a two level retaining wall. The second level consists of a 55 ft Bocce Playing Court. Space would be great for a a magazine photo shoot or a small gathering of folks interested in some friendly outside competition.

Lighting description
The space is 100% outdoors and can only be used as an outdoor venue. It is best to take pictures prior to 2 PM at the Bocce Ball court.

For the most part, the Bocce ball court area is not affected by street noise and or neighbor noise.

Equipment loading description
There is a path between the Bocce ball court and the woods where a small vehicle could drive and off-load equipment.

Electrical system description
There are two outlets at the backside of the house. The circuit breaker is in the garage and if the crew required access, the garage door could be opened remotely.

The space itself is located outside but hand sanitizer and wipes will be available to any surface areas.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
