Darkroom Studio ist ein Kunst- und Werbefotostudio, gegründet von der Fotografin und Künstlerin Alessandra Mannisi und dem Fotografen und Regisseur Sebastian Pollin. Das Studio befindet sich in Weißensee und ist Teil der Künstlergemeinschaft Der Grimm. Das gemütliche Studio ist der perfekte Ort für alle Arten von künstlerischen und kommerziellen Foto- und Videoproduktionen sowie für kleine Workshops. ÜBERSTUNDEN Gemäß den Peerspace-Richtlinien werden Überstunden in Halbstundenschritten abgerechnet. Der Raum muss geräumt sein und alle Gegenstände, die in den Raum gebracht wurden, müssen bis zum Ende Ihrer Reservierung entfernt werden. Überstunden werden in Halbstundenschritten zum 1,5-fachen des angegebenen Stundensatzes in Rechnung gestellt. REINIGUNG/SCHÄDEN Die Reinigungsgebühr ist im Stundensatz inbegriffen, allerdings wird von den Gästen erwartet, dass sie den Raum in demselben Zustand verlassen, in dem sie ihn vorgefunden haben. Die Gäste müssen den Raum respektieren und wir bitten/schätzen es, dass die Gäste hinter sich selbst aufräumen. Die Gäste müssen alle von ihnen mitgebrachten Ausrüstungsgegenstände oder Leihgeräte wieder entfernen, und Sie sollten diese Auf- und Abbauzeit in Ihre Buchungszeit einrechnen. Bitte gehen Sie sorgsam mit unserem Raum um. An unseren Wänden dürfen keine Nägel, Schrauben, Heftklammern oder durchdringende Gegenstände verwendet werden. Klebeband oder gummiertes Trägermaterial muss ordnungsgemäß entfernt werden. Schäden (an Wänden, Böden, Möbeln usw.) werden über die bei Peerspace hinterlegte Kreditkarte abgerechnet. MÖBEL Bitte benachrichtigen Sie uns im Voraus, wenn Sie Möbel im Raum verschieben müssen, um sie an die Bedürfnisse Ihrer Veranstaltung anzupassen. VERSCHIEDENES Das Rauchen ist im Raum nicht gestattet. Es darf kein Glitzer oder Konfetti verwendet werden. Offenes Feuer, Braten oder Kochen, das eine starke Rauchentwicklung verursacht, ist nicht gestattet, da unsere Räumlichkeiten nicht belüftet sind. Alle weiteren Regeln entnehmen Sie bitte den Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen von Peerspace. EN OVERTIME Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate. CLEANING / DAMAGES Cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours. Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace. FURNITURE Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs. MISCELLANEOUS There is no smoking allowed in the space. No glitter or confetti can be used. There is no open flame or frying allowed on site or any cooking that will create a large amount of smoke as our facility is not ventilated.
