Welcome to LE SPACE! This beautifully decorated, modern and cozy space is an artists studio collective. We are a community of artists, filmmakers, designers and we use our studio during the day for work purposes. At night, the space turns into a place for social gatherings, networking events, music performances, film screenings. Le Space can be booked during the day too, upon availability. This is NOT a place suited for big parties. Our space has large south-facing windows that let light pour in. It is conveniently located in prime Williamsburg, Brooklyn, right by the Mc Carren Park. (12 chairs included with space) - Sets of dinnerware (dishware, flatware & glassware). - Speakers (not bluetooth, but you can plug your phone in) Add-on Items (Rental available): - Tables - Chairs - Tablecloths š For photoshoots (Rental available): -Backdrop -C-stands -Smoke Machine PRICING Our WEEKLY rate is $135/hour during the weekdays, with an additional 20$/hour for groups over 20 people, and an additional $40/hour for groups over 40 people. Our WEEKEND rate is 215$/hour with an additional 20$/hour for groups over 20 people and an additional $40/hour for groups over 40 people. and starts Friday evening all the way through Sunday evening. There is a cleaning fee of $180 (the cleaning fee is $250 or higher for groups over 40 people) For bigger events such as birthday parties, weddings, involving more people the rates may be higher (please inquire with us directly). We offer a 10% discount if you book a minimum of 8 hours with us. RULES Ā» Minimum of 4 hours booking Ā» Big rager parties not allowed Ā» No smoking in the building Ā» Music needs to be at a reasonable volume Ā» Please turn off AC or heat, turn off lights when you leave Ā» Please include time for clean up to leave the space as you found it š Check-In The host will greet you upon arrival and stick around until you are settled with everything you need. The host will not be present during your reservation, but will be available by phone and email. š Check-Out We provide you with a 15 minute grace period for clean up (subject to availability) for any reservations over 4 hours. We ask that you turn off the music and encourage your guests to wrap up their drinks and conversations inside while clean up is happening. Once it's passed, 1.5x hourly rate overtime will be added to the final bill accordingly.
