Welcome to Our Plaace in Portland, curated specifically with a photographers needs in mind. Purposefully minimal, simple design, while enhancing the home's original charm. It's a photographers dream come true. This home has been recently updated with modern style, yet leaving the incredible charm of this 1901 Victorian in tact. The home itself has sweeping 12 foot ceilings and windows, incredible morning light, plants filtered throughout, beautiful built-ins, a custom made dining table, gleaming fir wood floors, a clawfoot bathtub (and shower), smeg, rustic pocket doors highlighting the home's original charm, and so much more. The Space: kitchen, dining area, main living room + dusty rose mario bellini sofa + stunning fireplace, dedicated office and second living room (six penny couch), clawfoot tub (& shower), bedroom (king size floyd bed and parachute bedding), a business & pleasure co. hammock situated between two mature pear trees, two separate patio spaces in the backyard, and plenty of original charm. Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
