About the Space
Hardwood floors, large windows, and plenty of space. South studio is spacious and can be used for anything from a meeting (has full screen and projector) or party, to photo or video backdrop to dance, yoga or any other kind of movement or fitness activity. North studio offers full Pilates equipment set up, as well as quaint waiting area which could be used for staging of photos/films. Pilates equipment can be moved from one studio to the other, allowing a choice of backdrops for photo or video shoots. PLEASE NOTE: Set up and breakdown time are in addition to rental time, i.e. if you are booking a 2 hour event you need a minimum of 15 mins additional time on either end of your rental to allow for prep and breakdown (1pm-3pm event needs 12:45pm to 3:15pm minimum booking). Please build appropriate time in depending on the complexity of your event.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
We have disinfectant spray, wipes and clean the space daily. We have 9 windows in the space and open them for cross ventilation regularly. We also have overhead fans and air cleaners that clean 1200SF every 10 mins (total space is 1700SF). It is a very safe space.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
