About the Space
The Broken Book Creative Space has 12ft ceiling’s, Full Kitchen, Full Bathroom and a bonus space within our loft. Perfect for Photoshoot’s, Podcast, Content Creation, Meetings and Intimate Gatherings. You’ll have access to entire space and special outdoor spaces such as the wild flower field, the courtyard, and industrial stage like space. The Broken Book is inside an old peanut factory in Downtown Suffolk which means there’s a lot of charm with the brick walls, floors and ceiling. We created this design to appeal to all Creatives !

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
