** This listing is only for photo shoots or productions*** NOT EVENTS Oakland Don't Play is a clothing brand that recently opened its storefront in Oakland in the Fitchburg neighborhood down the street from Coliseum Bart. The courtyard of the venue has synthetic grass and surrounding the store there's a deck. Come spend a day in our outdoor patio space - hidden in a residential neighborhood away from hectic city life. The lush greenery perfectly accents our bright and versatile space. Furniture is easily moved around. Host an outdoor meeting, day party, baby shower, or workout session!

- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.

My friend and I had to look for a place to host our first bday party and Oakland Don’t Play was available!! If you’re looking for a place that allows loud music, very spacious and want you and your guests to have the time of their lives.. then this is the place! Also did I mention that she has her own clothing/Merch business? Definitely worth checking out as well! The pictures match how it looks in person. All of our guests fell in love with how spacious it was and had such a great time! Shauncy was very responsive and stayed communicated at all times and is such an amazing host. We would like to book again for another event. Once again thank you Shauncy you’re the best!!

If you’re looking for a place that allows loud music, very spacious and want you and your guests to have the time of their lives.. then this is the place! Also did I mention that she has her own clothing/Merch business? Definitely worth checking out as well! The pictures match how it looks in person. All of our guests fell in love with how spacious it was and had such a great time! Shauncy was very responsive and stayed communicated at all times and is such an amazing host. I loveeeeee this space! Shauncy was super informative and very generous with her supplies. We were able to fit three seven tables and 14 chairs along with a 13x15 jumper, a gift station, game station , a photo booth area with backdrop, giant four square game, shooting range and a bean bag toss game all within her space. The grass was child friendly and enclosed with a mobile gate that was very easy to operate. She also provided garbage an on site restroom. This is an all inclusive site for any type of event, we a very beautiful day with her. We will be back!! Thank you dear.

I'm so thankful my daughter and I chose this BEAUTIFUL location to celebrate her Sweet 16! The owner of the space communicated in a timely manner, she allowed my daughter to take her professional photos at the location and was pleasant at all times. I appreciated the furniture that came with the rental, and the secured gate that made us feel protected at all times! The space was easy to decorate , the graffiti walls are poppin and my guests loved the atmosphere !! I have recommended this space to others and can't wait to rent it again!
