About the Space

Photography, video, and production studio in San Francisco's Inner Sunset District. Photographers, content creators, and Videographers can rent out our Sunrise and Sunset Studios space for 1+ hours at a time for personal and/or professional sessions. Everything in the studio can be moved around, and we have many newborn, milestone (cake smash), branding session props to work with! We also have 3 backdrops. The space is also perfect for small gatherings as well! Two-level loft style studio offers countless backgrounds to work within 2 living room settings with many seating options, inlcuding the bottom floor sofa can also convert into a bed so you can create a bedroom setting as well. We also have a large white wall for more neutral setting, as well as pink, black and tan backdrops! It's so much fun to get creative here!

Parking description

Various parking options exist around Sunrise and Sunset Studios in San Francisco's Inner Sunset District: 1. Free street parking. 2. Metered street parking for 2-3 hours at a time. 3. Andronico's Community Market parking lot for 1 hour if you purchase an item.

Space has natural light

Natural light can not be blocked out

Lighting description

We are a natural light studio, so we do not provide artificial lighting except for ceiling lights we already have and one Glamcore makeup light that makes you look like a movie star. You are more than welcome to bring your own lighting/stands, if you prefer to use artificial lighting! The bottom floor ceiling light (it’s remote controlled) is set to natural light 5500K. The top floor ceiling light is warmer lighting (closer to 3000K). We are located in the Inner Sunset of San Francisco, where Karl the Fog loves to hang out at. So, we do tend to get foggier days, which means a little more moodier lighting - however, we do have plenty of natural light throughout the day as our windows face South.

Street noise - we are located on Irving Street so we do get foot traffic outside.

There are outlets on both floors in multiple walls.

Circuit breaker can not be accessed

General Rules

- No smoking. - No parties. - The maximum number of people is 15 for your comfort and for everyone to be able to have a seat. - Beverages and food should only be light-colored (e.g. champagne, white wine, or beer) to reduce the risk of staining on our light-colored furniture. - Clean shoes only (no shoes preferred) inside - there is a mat right inside the door to leave shoes during your session.

Furniture and decorations may be moved

Furniture and decor may not be removed from the premises, however, within the space, please feel free to decorate as you wish!

No smoke machines allowed

Nudity is allowed

Security cameras and recording devices

Security cameras face outside of the studio, from above the front door down to the entrance of the studio. There are no security cameras or recording devices inside the studio.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

Please leave the studio as you found it. If you move furniture/decor items and you do not want to put them away, you may add on "Please put away everything for us" add-on at check out and we will have someone come and do that for you!

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Hand Sanitizer

The space has the following features:

Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
Space has been reconfigured to allow for physical distance
