Nestled in a residential neighborhood, but close to the water and downtown West Palm Beach. The "main house" consists of a living room with an original "Mizner" style fireplace, foyer with original pecky cypress ceilings, a bedroom, staircase, dining room and kitchen. Upstairs you will find a bathroom and three additional bedrooms. Contenting the main house to the XL studio is the tiles orchard garden with arched transitions. The studio is composed of extra high ceilings and a custom bed - light flows in brilliantly. Outside in the generous courtyard you will find a fountain and many native plants. Across the the main house is the duplex with two additional bedrooms/bathrooms and small living spaces. Full professional day rates start at $2,000. Due to local laws, sleep-over guests and events require additional steps and processing.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
