*** The minimum is five hours, please don’t message and ask for “just one or two hours”, thank you *** This 100 year old Spanish style compound sits behind a private wall with two gates for privacy. Nestled in a residential neighborhood, but close to the water and downtown West Palm Beach. The "main house" consists of a living room with an original "Mizner" style fireplace, foyer with original pecky cypress ceilings, a bedroom, staircase, dining room and kitchen. Upstairs you will find a bathroom and three additional bedrooms. Contenting the main house to the XL studio is the tiles orchard garden with arched transitions. The studio is composed of extra high ceilings and a custom bed - light flows in brilliantly. Outside in the generous courtyard you will find a fountain and many native plants. Across the the main house is the duplex with two additional bedrooms/bathrooms and small living spaces. Full professional day rates start at $2,000.

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

DREAM location! Space was used for an activewear brand photoshoot and it was just perfect. Lana was so quick to respond to us, the house is just at it appears with many spaces throughout the location to shoot at. Highly recommend and would definitely use again!

Very responsive host. We did a photo & video shoot. The fountain was dirty & moldy/green instead of clean blue as in the pictures. Beside that, good space.

The host (Lana K) was amazingly responsive! Communication was clear and easy. The house was great and worked beautifully for the interview we captured. I could imagine using the space for other uses, as well.

Overall, it's a lovely outdoor space! I rented this space for 3 hours for a content shoot. There were some corners that were nice to shoot outside, however inside was limited because of light in both buildings. For the price that was given, I wish there was more to the outside for content shoots (understanding that this venue is mostly for weddings). Also the outdoor fountain seen in images was very dirty, as I was really looking forward to using that for images. There were tadpoles and some dead frogs floating in the fountain, which I had to edit out. I believe this could be a GREAT space for outdoor content shoots, however for the price, I feel more needs to be offered. Thank you!
