It is four floors up. • Easily accessible by subway, car, or bus. Fees: Overtime is charged in 30-minute increments, so if you stay 15 minutes over, you’ll be charged for 30 minutes. The overtime rate is 1.5x the hourly rate. This also applies to anyone who arrives 15 minutes. This allows for the proper time to turn over the space for your reservation and the next. To use any of the housewares, you must include it in your reservation as an add-on. If you do not and still proceed to use it, you will be charged $500 regardless. WE DO NOT DO ANY WALK-THROUGHS. Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
