The space is a professional lifestyle content studio and is perfect for press, social sharing, and branded engagements. It can also be used for shooting both video and still. Our showroom loft is equipped to host creatives spanning every industry. As an event space, it's perfect for business meetings, showrooms, and dinners. This quiet studio/living space boasts 12' ceilings, wood floors, and brick walls. ** We are not soundproofed. We do not allow insane loud music(only reasonable); we do not have an elevator.
