Located on Canal Street in the heart of SoHo, and Tribeca, this Chic old school new york studio loft is made for creative photographers and is flooded with beautiful daylight. Made for Instagram, the space is meticulously designed to shoot lifestyle content within a home environment. The space is a professional lifestyle content studio and is perfect for press, social sharing, and branded engagements. It can also be used for shooting both video and still. Our showroom loft is equipped to host creatives spanning every industry. As an event space, it's perfect for business meetings, showrooms, and dinners. This quiet studio/living space boasts 12' ceilings, wood floors, and brick walls. ** We are not soundproofed. We do not allow insane loud music(only reasonable); we do not have an elevator. It is four floors up. This listing is only for creatives doing interviews, movies, commercials etc Easily accessible by subway, car, or bus.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
