Leucadia is part of Encinitas, in San Diego County. The house is two blocks from local favorite Stone Steps Beach and a 10 minute walk to family favorite Moonlight Beach. In addition there are excellent cafes, casual and fine dining, the Leucadia Farmers Market, a yoga studio, and downtown Encinitas, all within walking distance. The home features a beautiful chef's kitchen with GE Cafe matte white appliances, including a 48" gas range with double oven and griddle, dishwasher, fridge with bottom freezer, and microwave. We have an 18' La Cantina bi-fold glass door, which opens the great room to the expansive back deck, plenty of cozy seating and an outdoor TV, gas grill and large outdoor dining space for 8, as well as a 7-person hot tub under a majestic 150 year old Mimosa tree. In the kitchen, we offer a variety of coffee options including an espresso machine, drip coffee maker and pour over set-up with electric kettle. You'll find sharp Wusthof knives, a sparkling water maker, and plenty of table settings. For trips to the beach, our amenities include a wagon, Neso shade tent, chairs, small fold-up table for drinks and snacks, beach blanket and towels, a cooler bag, sand toys, infant floatation device, boogie boards and a foam surfboard, and a waterproof bluetooth speaker. We also offer two RAD e-bikes for use with the home, with a signed liability waiver.
