About the Space
My space is available for all types of media production, whether film or photography. As you enter, you’ll be greeted by a stunning two-story bamboo wall and an open tread staircase with views extending straight into the backyard. The space offers several versatile areas: a fully equipped stainless steel chef’s kitchen perfect for filming cooking videos or upscale home scenes, a children's playroom with toys, a cozy living room with a crackling fireplace and forest views, an office area with large windows that flood the space with natural light, and a designer kitchen and dining area. The backdoors fully open, providing seamless access to the back porch with ample seating. The backyard is flat, lush, and offers a blank canvas for your custom setups. Kindly inform us ahead of time if you require a space for a dressing area so we can have it ready for you. Additional side lot is also available for any productions/shoots that require a forest. *Please note that bedrooms, bathrooms, and the rooftop terrace are not included by default. These areas can be made available only if requested in advance. As this is a private residence, if additional spaces are requested last minute, they may not be prepped for use.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
