Book the perfect corporate holiday event space! Welcome to The Wailoa, a sophisticated event space in the heart of downtown Seattle, ideal for corporate gatherings, holiday events, and presentations. With outstanding views of Puget Sound, the ferry terminal, and the snow-capped Olympic Mountains, The Wailoa offers a stunning and memorable backdrop for any event. Sunlight streams in through 12 large windows, creating an inviting, naturally lit environment that comfortably hosts up to 42 guests in a variety of seating arrangements. The Wailoa is designed to accommodate the flexibility that professional events often require. Attendees or event organizers can easily bring in and set up preferred food and drink options. There are two separate, enclosed spaces in the rear of the room, perfect for breakout meetings or private discussions. For presentations and media, The Wailoa is equipped with a pull down screen, and a large rolling smart board for impactful presentations. There are three wall mounted white boards in the rear of the room, and a large, mobile white board is also available. Plus, with excellent Wi-Fi and gigabit Ethernet access, The Wailoa ensures smooth connectivity for the presenter and attendees. Located at 3rd Avenue and Madison Street, The Wailoa is easily accessible by public transit. The Symphony Light Rail station is just two blocks away and RapidRide bus lines stop nearby. Our Janitorial staff clean the location daily and the SURF team tries our best to keep everything tidy. We limit room capacities based on local guidelines and provide complimentary masks and hand sanitizer. Masks are not required on the floor

Cancellation Policy

Standard 30 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
