PLEASE NOTE: During summer months, please no more than 25-30 people for indoor only parties. All booking start and end times are inclusive of setup, tear down and clean up. No Smoking No pets No guns/weapons If furniture is moved, please place back in its original position prior to leaving the studio. Outside catering is allowed. All ages allowed in space QUIET TIME after 9:00 PM If you need an empty fridge, please request it. If trash exceeds the trash bin, remove the trash from the property. Do not leave bags of trash on the property. SECURITY DEPOSIT: 1. Your $300 security deposit via Paypal is to be paid to the property manager two days prior to your event date. Security deposits will be released as long as there are no issues or damages within 24 hours of event end. We will contact you first regarding issues/damages before any charges are made. We have up to 7 days to hold your security deposit. 2. Causes for Loss of Security Deposit Include: Not cleaning up after your event, late check out which includes cleaning after booking time has ended, damage, theft/missing items, professional/additional cleaning required, smoking indoors, issues that cause an additional expense and/or impacts the next rental SET UP, GARBAGE DISPOSAL, AND BUILDING DAMAGE AND CLEANING COSTS 1. Set Up and Clean Up - At the conclusion of the Social Event, the Guest shall be responsible for removing all decorations, material, equipment and debris and for repairing any damage to the Space arising out of the Social Event. Prior to the end of the time scheduled for the Social Event, the Guest shall inspect the Space to confirm returning furniture back to its original location, loading dishwasher with dishes provided by host, wiping down counters and tables, disassembling any additional tables used, sweeping, taking down decorations, returning the space to its original condition 2. Garbage/Recycling/Organics Disposal - Garbage, recycling and organic waste are to be placed inside the designated and appropriate garbage containers outside in driveway. Guests must ensure that the garbage is placed in plastic bags and securely tied before placing it in the trash bins, must break down any boxes If trash will not fit inside the designated containers, it shall be the Guest’s responsibility to properly dispose of such excess trash. Any trash left behind that will not fit in the available containers may result in additional charges to the Guest. Please be sure to throw away all trash, return all furniture to its original position, and leave studio clean. There will be a $100 cleaning fee if studio is left in unsatisfactory conditions, or if trash bags are left on the property.
