About the Space
This is a renovated mid century auto shop, with two bays, a corner lounge space, a bathroom with a shower and a 10 car fenced and gated parking lot . The Bays when empty can accommodate meetings ,art shows , parties, pop up events, these events can easily spread out into the parking area with parking instead nearby . The bays lit with beautiful soft daylight can accommodate a still shoot, film shoot ,the corner office space is a comfortable lounge /work /office area. Located on the edge of downtown Long Beach close to restaurants , museums, walking distance to the beach .
