The contemporary, colorful, vibrant aesthetic of our space is perfect for photo and video shoots. The space is a great place to capture content for your music videos, or your social media. The house can accommodate 15-20 guests and also be used to host small to medium sized events, such as engagement or dinner parties, or mixers. Located close to the Baltimore Avenue Commercial Corridor in West Philadelphia. Nearby to public transportation, the Post Office, Rite Aid, the Pentridge Station Beer Garden, and Booker’s Restaurant and Bar

- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Space has HEPA-certified air filters
- Space has additional space outdoors
