This truly unique home includes sprawling modern decor on a corner lot with an abundance of privacy. The surrounding are provides gorgeous views of the sunrise and sunset. Bamboo floors and crisp white walls create a light and airy vibe. The open concept makes the space incredibly versatile: host a dinner party for friends, host a business meeting, present a cooking class with a spacious kitchen and gas stove, tape your podcast or youtube show, reimagine the space for a contemporary photo or film shoot and make use of the outdoor yard space that features a spacious patio. The space also features a modern master bathroom featuring a standing tub alongside a beautifully encased shower. Featuring modern countertops and glass filled rooms perfect for letting in natural light. The house also features a full kitchen with a granite center island. The types of shoots we're looking for: ideal shoots with small teams, small to medium equipment, mellow, respectful of our home and neighborhood. The types of shoots we cannot accommodate: large productions with multiple big trucks and trailers. Private driveway and ample street parking with no time limits, please note that we can't accommodate any large trucks as we don't want to obstruct our neighbors' traffic flow. The furniture can be easily moved around for your convenience, but this must be requested ahead of time. Liability Waiver: The work, services, or activity to be performed in the home under the rental will be performed entirely at the renter's risk and assumes all responsibility for the condition of facility and all equipment used. Furthermore, renter shall protect, maintain, save and hold harmless the homeowner and its officers and agents from and against any and all claims, demands, expenses, and liabilities arising out of injury or death to any person, or the damage, loss, or destruction of any property of the renter which may occur while renting the home.
